2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with ra66 or to use any ra66 service. ra66 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will request identity documentation to verify age as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and any winnings voided.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account with ra66. Duplicate accounts — whether held under the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited. ra66 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate balances held across them.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and keep that information updated. ra66 may require documentary verification of any information provided, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details.
2.4 KYC Verification. ra66 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all accounts prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a copy of your Malaysian IC (MyKad) or equivalent government-issued identity document. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ra66's services is lawful in your jurisdiction. ra66 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in any specific location. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law are not permitted to register.
3.1 You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your ra66 account, including any bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.
3.2 You must keep your ra66 login credentials — username, password, and any one-time passwords — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person, including ra66 staff (who will never ask for your password).
3.3 You must notify ra66 immediately if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ra66 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
3.4 Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated as dormant. ra66 may apply an inactivity fee of MYR 5 per month to dormant accounts after the first twelve months of inactivity. You will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee.
4.1 Currency. All deposits, bets, and withdrawals on ra66 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ra66 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ra66 currently accepts deposits via FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). Accepted payment methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed in the Cashier section of your ra66 account.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is MYR 20. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be automatically returned.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. ra66 processes withdrawal requests to the original deposit method. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes for e-wallet methods and up to 1 business day for bank transfers via FPX. ra66 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals exceeding MYR 5,000 in a single transaction or MYR 20,000 in a calendar month.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment methods registered in your own name. ra66 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to accounts held in third-party names. Suspected third-party payment activity will result in account suspension pending investigation.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. ra66 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. ra66 may suspend, delay, or cancel any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect the funds are derived from or intended for use in illegal activity. In such cases, ra66 may be required to file a report with the relevant regulatory authority without notice to the account holder.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ra66 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements for each promotion are published on the Bonus & Promotions page.
5.3 Game Contribution. Not all games at ra66 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. 5.4 Bonus Abuse. ra66 strictly prohibits bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus, using bonus funds in a manner designed to guarantee a profit regardless of game outcome (hedging), and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. ra66 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, void winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
5.5 ra66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where ra66 determines that a promotion is being systematically exploited.
6.1 All bets placed on ra66 are final once confirmed. ra66 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse bets after confirmation, except in the specific circumstances outlined in these terms or the relevant game rules.
6.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game interruption that affects the outcome of a bet, ra66 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. ra66's decision in such circumstances is final.
6.3 Sportsbook. ra66's sportsbook is governed by additional betting rules published in the Sportsbook section. These cover event cancellations, void bets, postponements, and live betting rules. In all matters relating to sportsbook bets, the additional sportsbook rules take precedence over these general terms.
6.4 Maximum Payout Limits. ra66 applies maximum single-transaction payout limits across all game categories. Maximum payouts for specific game types are published in the respective game rules. ra66 is not obligated to pay any amount in excess of the stated maximum payout limit for a given game or category.
6.5 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based games on ra66 are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live casino game outcomes are produced by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under human dealer supervision and live camera surveillance.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ra66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of ra66's services, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, interrupted service, delayed transactions, or game outcome disputes.
9.3 ra66's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes ra66's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ra66's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
10.1 ra66's collection, storage, use, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the ra66 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account with ra66, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
10.2 ra66 collects and processes personal data (including identity documents, financial records, and account activity logs) as necessary to provide its services, comply with KYC and AML obligations, and fulfil its responsible gaming commitments.
10.3 ra66 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or these terms.
11.1 Age Verification. ra66 maintains a strict 21+ policy enforced through KYC verification. Access to deposits, bets, and withdrawals is contingent on passing age and identity verification. Accounts that cannot confirm the 21+ age requirement will not be granted access.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of ra66's services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law under the jurisdiction in which ra66 is licensed to operate.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, transaction, or account action, you must first contact ra66 support at [email protected] or via live chat to attempt resolution. ra66 will acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ra66's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence ra66 operates. Details of the applicable regulatory authority are available upon request from ra66 support.
13.4 ra66's records — including bet logs, transaction records, and account activity — constitute the primary and definitive evidence in any dispute resolution process, in the absence of demonstrable technical error.
